Overview
Experienced Multi-Trader required in Kent. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join our team, working on various projects across Kent. This role requires a professional with a broad range of skills and a proactive approach to work.
Requirements
* A valid CSCS Card is essential.
* Must have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Must own a comprehensive set of tools.
* Able to provide two verifiable professional references.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
Duties
* Carrying out a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades, such as carpentry, plastering, tiling, and painting and decorating.
* Performing general repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently and effectively.
* Assisting with site logistics and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.
