Role Overview:
We are hiring a Technical Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative, planning, and coordination support to our regional technical operations.
In this role you will ensure smooth scheduling, accurate system updates, effective communication, and the efficient flow of information across technical, service, and operational teams.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the technical and service teams, ensuring all tasks and activities are scheduled and recorded accurately.
· Manage job creation, updates and closures in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
· Coordinate technician workloads, appointments, and route adjustments to support efficient service delivery.
· Coordinate regional customer machine installations to ensure the adequate Technical resources are allocated.
· Ensure logistic teams from your depot adhere to all legal requirements (HGV tachograph compliance and maintaining accurate transport records).
· Perform de-brief and pre-brief sessions with field logistics crews.
· Liaise with PDI team to ensure customer machines are ready to be installed as per the agreed schedule.
· Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and field teams to communicate appointment times, installation details, or service updates.
· Support parts ordering, stock control, and logistics coordination to ensure technicians have the equipment they need.
· Track and report on key technical and service KPIs, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
· Assist with documentation, manuals, work instructions, and technical records.
· Maintain installation and PDI documentation, ensuring machines are logged, tracked, and processed correctly.
· Provide administrative support for audits, compliance checks, and safety documentation.
· Serve as an operational contact point for service escalations or queries from field teams.
· Contribute to process improvements that raise technical and service efficiency.
· Strong administrative experience, ideally in a technical, engineering, logistics, or service-based environment.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience using ERP, CRM, or service management systems.
· Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to support both internal teams and external customers.
· A detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in data entry, scheduling and record-keeping.
