Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and have the ability to manage their time effectively while ensuring timely deliveries. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting wine cases from our depot, organising them according to the orders (usually 5 to 8 per day) and delivering them to the restaurants. Work is 3 days a week. Collection is at 9 AM. As soon as you finish all the deliveries, you're done. Sometimes it finishes at 1 or 2 PM, sometimes it goes on until 5/6 PM depending on the orders.
Responsibilities
* Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
* Load and unload wine cases
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and customer signatures.
* Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
* Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation.
Experience
* Previous experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not essential, if you're hard worker willing to learn, please apply even if you have no previous experience.
* A valid driver's licence is required
