Sheet Metal Worker (Progression to Estimator)
Location: Oldham
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (OTE £45,000+) + Commission/Bonus + Training + Progression + Early Finish Fridays

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project costs, developing precise estimates, and working closely with multiple departments to support accurate budgeting and effective project planning.
This position is suitable for a Sheet Metal Worker with some sales experience who is looking to progress into Estimating and beyond.
The Role
1. Learn project planning and pricing strategies from an experienced mentor
2. Analyze technical drawings and material requirements
3. Produce accurate quotations and cost breakdowns

* Experience in Sheet Metal
* Interest in moving into Estimating/Internal Sales
