Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering:
o Engage with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for Power Apps.
o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Feasibility Assessment:
o Assess the feasibility of full automation versus semi-automation for the proposed solutions.
3. Requirements Discussion:
o Discuss the gathered requirements with developers to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
4. Timeline and Prioritization:
o Evaluate the timeline for project completion, considering business criticality.
o Prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency.
5. Sprint Planning:
o Conduct sprint planning sessions to organize and schedule development tasks.
6. Business Communication:
o Regularly update business stakeholders on project timelines and progress.
7. Business as Usual (BAU):
o Manage and resolve issues or escalations that arise.
o Plan and prioritize fixes for identified problems.
8. Technical Understanding:
o Gain experience with PowerApps - Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
o Understand security settings and integrations with various data sources.
9. UI/UX Development:
o Develop and implement UI/UX designs to enhance user experience.
