Cleaner / Team Leader – Permanent Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4pm – 9pm (25 hours per week)
Pay: £13.10 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours)
About the Role
We Clean Offices is seeking a dependable and motivated Cleaner / Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations at one of our key sites. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example – supporting your cleaning team, stepping in to cover shifts when needed, and acting as the main on-site contact for the client.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations at your site.
* Cover staff absences (sickness/holidays) where possible to maintain service continuity.
* Provide on-site guidance and support to the cleaning team.
* Act as the key point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and handling feedback.
* Respond to incidents and resolve minor operational issues promptly.
* Manage cleaning stock and equipment, ensuring everything is well-maintained.
What We're Looking For
* Previous cleaning experience (essential).
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable, organised, and able to work on your own initiative.
* Eligible to work in the UK and able to complete a basic disclosure check.
