We are excited to welcome you to our Tower Hamlets extra care services as we strengthen our presence in the borough. We seek calm, resourceful Relief Support Workers who are highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to support older people at our Tower Hamlets services in a proactive and holistic manner. Your skills in positive communication and engagement, along with your ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all service users, are essential. You will support individuals in maintaining mental, physical, and emotional well‑being and empower them to be happy, healthy and successful in achieving their life goals, working alongside their circle of support.
Responsibilities
* Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks.
* Help individuals access work, education and social opportunities.
* Support individuals in maintaining mental, physical and emotional well‑being.
Qualifications
At least twelve months previously employed in a care setting is essential.
Flexibility required: working on a roster basis including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins.
Paid on a weekly basis, with access to our free app for shift management.
