The Role: • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including ADHD, ensuring their needs are met both academically and emotionally. • Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans. • Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. • Support pupils’ social skills, communication, and independence. • Assist with learning resources, classroom organisation, and daily routines.
