We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, versatile and enthusiastic Junior Greeting Cards
and Stationery Designer to join our Creative Team at our Head Office in Liverpool. This is a full time in-house role, where you will support in designing, creating print ready artwork and developing comprehensive ranges of stationery products working closely with the Buyers and other designers within the team to a commercial standard.
You will have excellent illustration, colour and compositional skills and some experience in working within a fast-pace and busy design studio.
Job Overview
* Manage design requests, ensuring all artwork is on trend, customer-focused, and compliant with regulatory and branding guidelines.
* Create sample artwork and prototypes for review, ready to be turned into final products.
* Work closely with the design team, suppliers, and buyers to resolve design issues and perfect the final product.
* Stay ahead of industry trends through comp shopping, store visits, and attending trade shows.
* Contribute your ideas and feedback to improve our team processes and overall product range.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
* A degree in design or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* A strong eye for colour, typography and layout
* High attention to detail
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
* Experience working within cross-functional teams.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
