My Local Authority client in Sussex is looking to appoint a talented Project (Pilot) Lead for a Residential Care Academy on a Contract basis.
The role will provide strategic leadership and expertise to design, develop and deliver the Residential Care Academy Pilot.
About the role:
Based in the Sussex region (Hybrid):
Embed a strong practice model grounded in social pedagogy and ensuring measurable improvements in workforce capability and outcomes for children and young people.
Design and oversee the implementation of the Residential Care Academy Pilot.
Develop a regional proposal for a residential care practice model informed by social pedagogy principles.
Align the Academy's work with regional workforce development strategies through engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders.About you:
You will have the following experiences:
Deep experience in Local Authority Project / Programme Management
Thorough understanding of social pedagogy, particularly with residential care.
Excellence in workforce development.
Demonstrable and detailed knowledge of residential care practice models and principles.What's on offer:
Salary: £550 per day, outside IR35*negotiable based on experience
