Description
The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:
* Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued over £150k.
* Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.
* Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.
* Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.
* Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.
Profile
The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.
* Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.
* Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.
* Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.
* Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
