Job Description: The Maintenance Technician will be required to perform a wide range of repairs inside and outside the facility.Some other tasks may include but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities. Duties/responsibilities: Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions. Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs. Helps to apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems and fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries. Provide assistance with purchasing equipment and maintenance contracts, performing sanitation duties as needed, provide support for the purchase of capital equipment, and support the tool crib and inventory levels. Provide other support as needed for the business. Qualifications: Machinery maintenance experience and knowledge Mechanical ability with plumbing and electrical knowledge Self-motivated and trustworthy Compensation: The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters, inc/Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
