Marketing Manager – Defence SectorLocation: North Yorkshire / Hybrid after probation. Salary: £53,000-£60,000 plus package. Copello are working with an innovative engineering business in the search for an experienced Marketing Manager to support their growth within the Defence and Technical sectors - Please note that this role requires eligibility to obtain Security Clearance. This role will lead all marketing and communications activity across the business, including brand development, campaign delivery, product launches, content strategy, digital marketing, events, and market research. The Marketing Manager will also act as a key link between marketing and sales, particularly across the Defence portfolio, ensuring alignment in messaging and strategy.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in line with business growth plansOversee brand management across all platforms and marketsLead digital campaigns, content creation, and online presenceSupport product go-to-market activities and commercial campaignsOrganise events and exhibitions to support brand awareness and lead generationAct as subject matter expert for Defence marketing within the teamIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a technical or defence-focused businessStrong digital marketing, branding, and campaign management experienceConfident working across departments to align marketing and commercial strategiesExcellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skillsIf you'd like to be considered for the position, please send your CV to aaron@copello.co.uk
