We are working with a wealth management firm based in Devon, who deal with HNW families across the southwest. They are keen to appoint a Chartered Financial Adviser (or close too) to take over a well-established book of clients from a retiring partner as well as continuing to develop new relationships.
The firm generates strong leads, but the team have a growth mindset and therefore there is an expectation for planers to attend networking events and build professional network to self- generate commercially viable clients. They offer full admin, paraplanning support and in house compliance.
Responsibilities :
Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, considering their short-term and long-term goals, investment strategies, and risk tolerance.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for growth, diversification, and risk management.
Actively communicate with clients to provide updates on their financial portfolios, address any concerns, and offer proactive recommendations.
Support the Financial Planner Director and Financial Planner Partner in business development initiatives, including client referrals, networking activities, and participation in marketing efforts.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships and contribute to the acquisition of new clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and enhance client service offerings.
We are keen to speak to experienced financial advisers, who are ideally qualified to Chartered level but working toward will be consider too.
