We are recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join the team at our state of the art repair centre in Ellesmere Port.
As an experienced Workshop Controller, you’ll work closely with the rest of the team to deliver outstanding service for our customers. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and the drive to maximise site performance.

We’re looking for confident, committed candidates with a background in...
* Overseeing the flow of work through the site, making sure our customer expectations are met.
* Coordinating our team of technicians to move jobs through the shop efficiently, safely and within our SLAs.
* Liaising with both customers and the front of house team to ensure effective communication with our work providers and their customers.
* Monitoring H&S compliance across the workshop, creating a safe work environment for our team.
* Inspection and quality control.
You’ll have the following experience...
* Previous experience in an Workshop Control or Production Management role, with expertise in all body repair processes and procedures.
* You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to work under pressure.
* Have current knowledge of Audatex/GT Motive and experience working with Microsoft Office.
