What You'll Do:
* Provide first-line technical support to colleagues and clients
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Assist with system installations, updates, and maintenance
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members where required
* Always deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
