About the role: We are currently recruiting for a Profit Protection Manager to take ownership of all UK-based Asset Protection activities. You’ll play a key role in, improving stock integrity, and supporting our onboard retail teams to deliver operational excellence. Working closely with the Profit Protection Director, US team and stakeholders throughout the business you’ll use your strong analytical skills to turn data into insight, driving tangible improvements in stock accuracy, loss prevention, and process efficiency. You’ll be as comfortable deep-diving into data as you are influencing senior leaders and managing a team. Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis, this role will require travel both in the UK and internationally. Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare cash plan, 26 days annual leave (plus the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days) What you will be doing: You’ll take the lead on driving our Stock Loss Improvement Plan, using data and insight to dig deep into performance and spot trends. With the use of dashboards and reporting tools, you’ll turn complex data into clear actions that improve how we work. As our Profit Protection Manager you will build trusted relationships with our logistics providers, stocktake partners, and internal teams. With the ability to hold them accountable for accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Across our ships and vendors, you’ll embed consistent, best-practice processes that keep UK and wider operations aligned and efficient. With an investigative mindset and a keen eye for risk, you’ll identify root causes and emerging issues before they become problems. And as we continue to evolve, you’ll play a key role in driving and supporting new initiatives and technology solutions that strengthen stock integrity and shape the future of profit protection across Harding.
