About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Extensive experience managing technical projects in software or systems development.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
* Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Exposure to coding (Python, R) and Microsoft Dynamics F&O is a plus.
* PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a bonus.
About The Role
* Lead end‑to‑end project management for software and system development initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks using agile and hybrid methodologies.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating technical progress into business value.
* Facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
* Oversee DevOps integration and CI/CD pipeline coordination.
* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards including GxP and data integrity.
* Prepare and present project documentation, status reports, and post‑mortem analyses.
