About the role
Due to continued growth, Our Client is looking to recruit a full-time Service Advisor to join our team in our service department at our dealership in Tunbridge Wells .
The role is ideally suited to someone who is highly enthusiastic, well organised, and has the desire to deliver an amazing customer experience.
A full branded training programme is supplied, leading to accredited status is provided alongside being part of our day-to-day service team.
What youll do each day
Deliver excellent customer service and obtain payments for service work and repairs.
Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is on site.
Liaise with customers regarding future work and follow up on Service Plans.
Capture customer email addresses and assist in increasing the customer database.
Complete job cards with accurate information for any additional work required
Manage utilisation of courtesy cars on daily basis for service Customers
Deal with complaints quickly and effectively in conjunction with management.

Can communicate information clearly and concisely.
It would be great if you also:
Have previous experience in the Motor Industry or similar retail business.
Knowledge of servicing department procedures.
