Overview
We’re working with a fantastic business based in South Cambridge who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Corporate Support Assistant to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis.
Key responsibilities
* Providing daily administrative support to the Corporate Account Executives
* Preparing and sending reports, newsletters, and client communications
* Assisting with the delivery of services
* Ensuring all client and campaign documentation is accurate and completed to deadlines
* Maintaining records and setting up new clients on internal systems
* Attending exhibitions where required, acting as a positive representative of the business
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
* A proactive, self-starter approach with a “can-do” mindset
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to remain calm, professional, and well-organised under pressure
