Salary: £29,094 FTE
Hours: 14 hours - 36 hours

Style Acre is an award-winning, forward-looking charity based in Oxfordshire. We operate over 35 supported living households, 3 community day hubs, and a successful work program, supporting more than 250 people. We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
About The Role
Floating Support Workers are the charity's first point of contact for shift cover across the organization. You will enjoy the same benefits as our contracted Support Workers but will be expected to travel where needed at short notice, with an enhanced rate to compensate. Your hours will be scheduled in advance, but your location may change. If you travel outside a 10-mile radius of your home, you will be entitled to claim travel expenses.

Essential Skills/Experience
* At least 1 year of experience as a Support Worker within the learning disabilities sector
* A clean UK driver’s license
