The Role
* Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and planning documentation
* Work on high‑end new builds, refurbishments, and listed building projects
* Support design development and technical problem‑solving across RIBA Stages 1–5
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
* Assist with site visits, project coordination, and contract administration
About You
* Architectural Technician with UK practice experience
* Strong AutoCAD skills; working knowledge of Revit beneficial
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Experience in high‑end residential or heritage projects preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
