A well-established company based in Stockbridge are seeking a new Part-time Bookkeeper to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
* Sales ledger - raising sales invoices, credit control
* Purchase ledger - processing, matching and coding, payment runs
* VAT returns
* Bank reconciliations
* Answering customer accounts queries via telephone and email
* General accounts / administration duties as needed
* Use of Xero software
The company are looking for someone to work between 15-18 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. You will need strong experience using Xero software and must have previous experience working in accountancy.
