The Role: We are seeking a structured and detail-focused Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support our Office Manager and take ownership of regulatory compliance, ISO systems administration and health & safety documentation. This is a key role ensuring the business remains compliant, audit-ready and operationally structured. Key Responsibilities Manage NIRSA and WEEE quarterly and annual returns Maintain accreditations including SafeContractor, Constructionline and Achilles Manage subcontractor compliance and CIS documentation Maintain and support ISO systems Coordinate internal audits and support external audits Track non-conformances and corrective actions Maintain H&S documentation, RAMS and training records Ensure CRM / ERP data accuracy and support compliance reporting Essential Experience Experience in quality, compliance or ISO-based roles Experience working within ISO-certified environments Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines High attention to detail Ability to work independently Confident with Microsoft Office and business systems What We Offer Competitive Salary Company Pension Scheme Private Health Insurance Death in Service Benefit Permanent, stable role with structured support
