Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps is currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor to join a leading rural insurance company based in Winchester. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent opportunities for progression.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel to both Winchester and Wickham branches.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-class support to existing clients, including policy renewals.
2. Collaborate with the wider team to achieve shared goals.
3. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and upsell products or services.
4. Develop long-term, profitable relationships with clients.
5. Deliver exceptional customer care to retain business.
6. Process and coordinate customer service-related matters.
7. Gain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service environment.
* Experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Self-motivated with drive and ambition.
* A team player.
* Own transport due to rural location and travel requirements.
Key Points:
* Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
* Full-time, permanent position.
