Contentious Construction Lawyer A leading international law firm is seeking an experience lawyer to join its growing Dispute team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex disputes across the construction and infrastructure sectors, with exposure to both domestic and international matters. The Role The team advises clients across major projects in power, utilities, energy, transport, social infrastructure and real estate. Working closely with colleagues in projects and real estate, you will play a key role in providing an “end-to-end” service – from procurement and contracting through to risk management, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. You will: Take day-to-day responsibility for straightforward matters and support on more complex disputes Demonstrate strong drafting skills and confidence in negotiation Communicate effectively with clients, delivering practical, cost-effective solutions Play an active role in business development and building client relationships Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team About You: Qualified in England & Wales or Scotland, with relevant post-qualification experience with 5 years' PQE Background in construction and infrastructure disputes; wider commercial disputes experience is welcomed but not essential A strong team player with a proactive, commercial mindset Able to build trusted client relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas What’s on Offer?
