Overview
Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale F: £26,766 to £29,034 pro-rata per annum (Actual) (£28,598 - £31,022 full time/full year equivalent)
Working Weeks: 42 weeks
Start Date: November 2025
The successful candidate will provide operational support within a team of support staff. This is an exciting time for Maths at the Inspiration Trust, as the reach of the team grows the need for a strong operational support team is paramount.
Responsibilities
* To provide operational and clerical support services to a high standard, supporting management, other office staff, teachers, students and parents in an efficient, positive, professional and effective manner.
* To work within a team, leading on specific areas of responsibility as directed by the Maths Team Support Lead.
* To support the operational management of the East Maths Community and Outreach Teams and provide support to the Leadership team, the Advocate Schools and University of East Anglia.
* To liaise with schools, book places on training programmes, monitor and record finance transactions, support Work Group Leads and line manage other staff.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Experience in administrative and strategic office work
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Experience working in an education environment
* Excellent IT experience and be familiar with Office 365
About Inspiration Trust

Central Services
The Trust’s Central Services Team is based at the Hewett Academy in Norwich. This team provides a range of school support services including finance, governance, human resources and payroll, and operations (estate management, health and safety, ICT and marketing).
