Live‑In Carer – All Care, part of the Clece Care Group, located in Kemp Town/Whitehawk. The role involves providing dedicated care for a 108‑year‑old female client with dementia who is bed‑bound. Responsibilities include meal preparation, medication administration, domestic tasks, assisted moving, and companionship.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, pad changes, and moving assistance in collaboration with a second carer (30 minute visits 4×/day).
* Prepare meals and drinks, administer medication as required.
* Support food shopping and oversee domestic tasks within the flat.
* Offer emotional support, reassurance, and companionship, respecting the client’s need for space.
* Commit to a 24‑hour live‑in arrangement to maintain continuity of care.
Requirements
* Compassionate, dependable, patient, calm, and empathetic.
* Ability to provide reassurance and emotional support.
* Willingness to work in a live‑in environment.
