This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Chef de Partie.Reporting to the Head Chef, you will maintain the high 5* standards of quality of food, high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen.
There is a very talented brigade of chefs preparing award winning cuisine. Everything is made from the finest fresh, seasonal produce and the standards are incredibly high. Due to our continued success and popularity, this is a very busy kitchen.
This position includes evenings and weekend’s shifts.
The essential criteria for this position is:
* At least 1 years’ experiencein a similar level role
* Fully flexible as this role includes evening and weekend shifts
The desirable criteria for this position is:
* Have completed, or be completing, an NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food related discipline
