* Manage cases involving a range of complex issues, including emotional and behavioural difficulties, neglect, domestic abuse, parental mental health, and substance misuse.
* Deliver intensive, relationship‑focused interventions to strengthen families and reduce the need for statutory services.
* Collaborate with professionals and partner agencies to deliver comprehensive, coordinated support.
* Review progress regularly to ensure the ongoing safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes of children and young people.
