Job Description
The Role:
As Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across NHS and private pathology laboratories, supporting order processing, service coordination and general customer enquiries.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and confident communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing customer orders for instrumentation, consumables and spare parts
* Coordinating with field service engineers regarding service requests and installations
* Liaising with internal departments including logistics, finance and technical teams
* Managing CRM updates and maintaining accurate customer records
* Supporting service contract administration
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in customer service, order processing or service coordination
* Experience within medical devices
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Comfortable working with CRM / ERP systems
* High attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
