Wild Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Warehouse Operative to join a busy and professional warehouse environment. This is a key role supporting both administrative and operational functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and flexibility.

Previous warehouse admin experience is essential.
Applications without relevant warehouse administration experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to client emails, handling order issues, and rebooking stock
Performing stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy
Booking goods in and out
Picking and packing third-party orders
Processing customer RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorisations)
Carrying out general warehouse office duties as needed
Liaising with internal customers and departments in a professional and courteous manner
Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all procedures are followed
Updating warehouse systems, including third-party platforms, with a high degree of accuracy
Ensuring all items received or dispatched are properly recorded and processed
Clearly labeling and identifying stock and equipment
Ensuring all processes are followed and paperwork is completed accurately and ready for input
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site agreements
Undertaking other duties as required in line with business needs - flexibility is key in this role
Requirements:
Warehouse admin experience is non-negotiable
Strong written and verbal communication skills - especially via email with clients
Familiarity with stock control systems and general computer use
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive and adaptable attitude
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Commitment to following health & safety standards and company processes
