How you’ll make an impact: The Executive Assistance Lead has responsibility for supporting standardising the SVP executive assistance offering of service to ensure a consistent type and level of service and enhance a team approach for support, development and improvement for the executive assistance team. Supporting consistent approach and execution on defined best and standard approaches, ensuring effective execution and supporting a busy set of admin tasks to ensure the Senior Vice President population are set up for success in relation to key events, diary management, travel, expense and general, personal administration needs. Your role in action: Support the management of the corporate calendar of events and align with executive assistant team on expectations for each event, including and not limited to deadlines and reporting formats Maintain formal meeting agenda’s, notes and actions as agreed with manager Manage standards and expectations of executive assistant resources to defined standard and sustained level of professionalism as needed Provide executive assistance support to relevant Senior Vice President roles with responsibilities that include but are not limited to making travel arrangements, organizing and maintaining office systems managing communications, coordinating meetings, organizing their entire schedule, sustaining a level of professionalism among staff whilst maintaining strict confidentiality Continuous review and implementation of improvements on process and content standards to support effective meetings and updates for the Senior Vice President group Assist with training of new team members and act as a mentor to Executive Assistant team as needed Could this be you?
