GBRS are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work with our client in Highbridge. If you are looking for a new position in a clean, supportive office, this is the role for you!
Your main responsibilities will be:
Managing day to day operations of the finance functions
Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
Managing cash flow and banking relationships
Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
Assist Developing and managing budgets
Monitor KPIs and provide insightful financial analysis to management
Lead a small finance team
Prepare financial reports and insights to management
This role is based off a 37.5 hour week, working Monday to Friday, normal office hours.
Skills & experience that are require for this role:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a medium-sized company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
AAT or ACCA (or equivalent) part qualified .
