Responsibilities: Handling incoming calls & Customer enquiries Processing Sales Orders / Emails Sign off on paperwork Using 'Waste Logics' system - in-house system - full training given Maintaining accurate records Liaison with the Business sites to organise collections and deliveries Qualifications & Skills: Previous administration & office-based experience is essential Strong IT skills needed and the willingness to learn new systems within the Business Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 Statutory holidays Free on-site parking
