Duties
5. Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
6. Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising tools and equipment
7. Supporting tradespeople and other team members with general labouring tasks
8. Moving, lifting, and positioning materials or equipment as required
9. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to uphold safety standards
10. Assisting with minor repairs or maintenance tasks under supervision
11. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all activities
Requirements
12. Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential
13. Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks over extended periods
14. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
15. Strong organisational skills with attention to safety procedures
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills
17. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual work
18. A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
