During your induction period we would require you to be onsite to get to know Saint Catherines, how we operate and to build relationships with key stakeholders. Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £35,391.30 The Role As our Grants, Trusts, and Foundations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in securing vital income by leading the strategic identification, application, and management of grants, bids, and donations. Your expertise will directly contribute to the sustainability and growth of Saint Catherines Hospice’s services, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality care to those who need it the most. You will: Project manage applications, tenders and bids through to submission and completion. Develop compelling funding proposals, bids, and grant applications tailored to the specific requirements of different funding sources. Manage a portfolio of existing grants and cultivate strong relationships with funders to ensure effective stewardship and reporting. This is just a start, as our services are free of charge to those who need them, in order for us to continue to provide high-quality care, both in the Hospice and out in the community, we rely on the income generated by our Fundraising team. Our Grants, Trusts and Foundations Manager will play a pivotal role in the next stages of our development plan and can truly shape their future within a unique and rewarding role. About You: If you have proven experience in successful grant fundraising, strong written and communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, well-researched proposals and exceptional project management skills.
