As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the stability and growth of their cloud-business operations. Working closely with the Cloud team, you will prioritize and address customer requests, issues, and feature enhancements promptly.
Standardized Operations:
* Ensure the stability and security of customer cloud platforms through risk governance, timely updates, upgrades, and fault response.
* Optimize cloud resources and performance to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Advocate for continuous product operation improvements, simplifying cloud management for customers.
Cloud Migration Support:
* Guide customers through their cloud migration journey, leveraging expertise in application and big data architecture, database localization, and performance tuning.
* Offer industry-specific best practices to maximize cloud utilization.
Cloud Optimization (Public Cloud):
* Develop and refine system architectures to ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
* Implement intelligent monitoring and alerting for improved business efficiency and user experience.
Standardized Technical Operations:
* Provide end-to-end cloud technology support, including cost optimization, compliance, security enhancements, and consulting services.
Expert Services:
* Deliver best practices, solution consulting, and tailored services to optimize company Cloud’s intelligent products.
* Assist customers in enhancing their cloud product operations and usage proficiency.
Requirements
* Over 5 years of experience in solution development, architectural design, and operational tasks for large-scale applications or within enterprise groups.
* Solid technical expertise in cloud product foundations and large-scale application development or operations.
* Proficiency in cloud-native technologies, big data, databases, networking, middleware, and product architecture.
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.
* Ability to design cross-product system architectures and solve related issues effectively.
* Strong communication skills to maintain tailored communication strategies and resolve issues at all levels.
* Operational management skills focused on system optimization and efficiency.
* Competence in coordinating stakeholders, managing complex projects, and achieving high satisfaction.
* Systematic solution design skills for complex technical environments.
* Ability to decompose complex technical issues into actionable solutions and system architecture designs.
* Expertise in applying custom optimization solutions for customer-specific business scenarios.
