What
you’ll be doing:
* Supervise the bar team and ensure every
shift runs smoother than a well-poured martini
* Deliver exceptional service and
unforgettable drinks — from morning coffees to late-night cocktails
* Train, support, and inspire the Bar &
Restaurant team to keep standards sky-high and spirits even higher
* Manage stock and the occasional curveball
with calm professionalism
* Be the friendly face guests remember —
and the one they toast to

* Experienced in
bar service, with a knack for leading teams and mixing magic
* Passionate
about hospitality and obsessed with the little details
* Calm under
pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest-focused
