Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in regional management, business development, or sales.
* Proven ability to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Hours per week: 37.00. Start time: 09:00. End time: 17:00. Pay per hour: £25.24. Location: Cardiff, Cardiff County.
