About this Role Are you an experienced Facilities Coordinator or skilled administrator with a background in facilities or property management? Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes, you’ll play a key role in helping Dawsongroup operate safe, smooth, and efficient workspaces. Working closely with the Group Facilities Manager, you’ll support both building operations and people across the business. Supervise planned and reactive maintenance and keep our contractors on track. Monitor site safety, review RAMS and permits, and help ensure compliance across systems. Oversee the CAFM helpdesk system and manage building services contractors. Take ownership of purchase orders, invoicing, and supporting reports for audits and tenders. Support the reception and post room team during holidays or busy periods. About You We’re looking for someone with excellent admin skills, a strong grasp of building safety, and confidence managing contractors. If you’ve had experience in facilities, estates, or office management, this role could be your ideal next step. Around 3 years’ experience in a facilities or workplace environment. Confident working with maintenance schedules, compliance checks, and basic health and safety tasks. Skilled user of Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with CAFM or similar systems. Calm, organised and proactive, able to juggle priorities with a customer-focused mindset. Someone who’s ready to step up when needed and contribute across multiple teams.
