Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the administrative operations, support the team, and help shape the systems that keep the office running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a key senior management position, ideal for someone who thrives on creating order, improving processes, and bringing people together. You will be the vital link between the account managers, payroll and VAT teams, and the Directors
ensuring efficiency, clarity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities;
Oversee day-to-day practice administration and office managementDevelop, implement, and maintain office systems and proceduresEnsure all employees adhere to established processesSupport managers and team leads across accounts, payroll and VATMaintain high standards of client confidentiality and data handlingManage competing deadlines and shifting priorities with confidence and tactChampion a positive, organised and professional working environment Our client is looking for; Strong leadership skills and a confident, approachable personalitySystem focussed approachExcellent people skillsUnderstanding of confidentiality requirements and regulations relating to financial informationA background in a professional services company such as accountancy, law, insurance, estate agencyA proactive mindset with the ability to design and improve systems from scratch
