We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Wigston on a temporary 2-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and previous customer service experience who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers hybrid working, combining both office and home-based flexibility.
The Role:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Providing professional and efficient customer support
* Updating internal systems accurately
* Resolving customer queries and escalating where required
* Working closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
* Maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous customer service or office-based experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems
* Ability to manage workload in a busy environment
* Reliable, professional, and adaptable attitude
* Team player with a proactive approach
