You will be the first point of contact for our customers and users, logging, diagnosing, and resolving their issues. You will work with other teams and resolution groups, following defined processes and procedures. You will also provide excellent customer service and communication in both languages (English/Spanish). If you know Portuguese, it will be a great advantage. You will need to have: At least 2 years of experience as a Service Desk agent A good understanding of IT networks and IT fundamentals. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Knowledge of call management systems, preferably ServiceNow. You will need to be self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt, and passionate about technology. You will enjoy an annual salary of 78,000 TTD and a benefits package, a friendly and supportive work environment, and training and development opportunities. You will work from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. This is an onsite position at our office at 97 Uriah Butler Highway, Charlieville, Changuanas.
