Receptionist, Part time, 10am-2pm, Belfast
Your new companyYou will be joining a well-established and busy office environment that values efficiency, organisation and strong customer service. This is a fully office-based role with no remote working, offering a stable and supportive setting with clear processes and day-to-day variety.Your new roleAs a Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and acting as a first point of contact for clients. Working Monday to Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm. Your duties will include:
* Handling inbound phone calls from customers
* Monitoring and responding to inbound emails
* Accurate data input and processing using CRM systems
* Diary management and appointment scheduling
* Dispatching technicians and supporting scheduling activities
* Document handling, filing and general administration
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
No prior industry experience is requiredWhat you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with a strong administrative skillset and an adaptable approach to work.You will bring:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* Excellent data input skills with strong attention to detail
* The ability to manage a dynamic workload and prioritise effectively
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* A reliable and proactive mindset
