Retail Supervisor Apprentice in Walton on Thames, 30 hours per week. At Toolstation, we don’t just help our trade and DIY customers to get the job done better every time. This isn’t your average store job. Many of our Senior Managers started their careers on the shop floor, so it’s a great way to pick up useful skills for the future. You’ll understand the business, build relationships, stay self-motivated, and develop what you need to reach your full potential, whether at Toolstation or across the Travis Perkins group.
You’ll be a permanent member of our team, holding the role of Supervisor, supporting the Store Manager while studying towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
* Building relationships. As the face of Toolstation, you’ll create brilliant customer relationships.
* Motivating. Support your team and create a positive culture to make your store a fantastic place to work.
* You’ll Also Take The Lead On Sales and service. Growing commercial sales through repeat customers and brand loyalty.
* Stock and process. Ensure customers can find the products they’re looking for, so they return to us.
* Hard work and passion. No need for prior retail experience; you must be over 18 with a passion for people, gained as a supervisor or team leader.
* Energy and curiosity. A desire to learn fast and work hard. We’ll teach you the rest.
