HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
* Support in planning and implementation of trade marketing initiatives such as trade marketing campaigns, delivery of trade seminars & training, business development with regular sales calls, and exploring opportunities to promote Hong Kong.
* To assist to cultivate and maintain a close relationship with local and online travel agents, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and corporates.
* To assist, organise and handle necessary logistics of marketing activities
* To collect market intelligence and prepare regular reporting to the business
* To bring familiarisation groups to go to Hong Kong through management assignments
* To carry out required administrative jobs such as routine reports (weekly/Monthly/Annual)
* To support other disciplines as required
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* University Degree holder
* Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality or tourism-related business is a must
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good verbal and written English communication skills
* Proven strong teamwork in supporting the department to reach business goals
* Detail-oriented
* Good time management in fast pace working environment
* Familiarity with marketing and digital marketing principles
* Confidence with CRM tools and AI technologies
* Ability to attend work-related events outside of normal office hours across the UK
* Familiarity with Hong Kong and/or Chinese Mainland is desirable
LOCATION:
* The position is an on-site role based in our London Office
* We do not offer moving allowances from other cities
