Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our Legal Administration Team as a This role involves logging customer complaints into the software system, as well as ensuring the proper handling and tracking of case documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in data management systems, and maintain a high level of accuracy in logging and tracking customer cases.

4. Proficiency in data management systems and the ability to navigate and update customer records efficiently. (Training will be given on the systems)
