Salary Bandings | | Salary | OTE Service Technician (Non Brand /ATA) £35,500 | £41,200 *up to £35,500 dependent upon experience Accredited Service Technician | £41,000 | £45,000 Accredited Senior Technician £45,000 | £50,000 What you will be doing: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles. Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure What We're Looking For: Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications. BMW Senior Technician qualification or equivalent from prestigious retailer Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team Career development and progression is incredibly important to us so, in return we offer nationally recognised pathways for BMW Technician Accreditation at the BMW Group Training Academy in Berkshire, with the opportunity to progress to Master Technician.
