Our US-focused team of 6 recruitment consultants have generated over £1,000,000 in perm Sales in the last 12 months, with many of them being new and in their first year. We are looking for consultants to join our fastest-growing and most profitable perm business and focus on our existing markets, across the US.

Working hours:
* 10-7 OR 12-9

Your role:
* 360 recruitment consultant within one of our STEM teams
* Renewable Energy, Maritime, Space, AI, Deep Tech, Defense, Civil Engineering
* Manage entire recruitment process from client onboarding to placement
* We have a surplus of existing work you can deliver to whilst building your clients
Requirements:
* Ability and interest to work US hours of 10-7 OR 12-9 (12-7 on Fridays)
* Sales / Business Development OR Recruitment experience (1+ year)
* Interest in working 5 days a week in our Billericay office
* Ambitious and driven personality
* Clear motivations for wanting to be successful
